Our experience with HD Foundation could not have gone any better. Hunter (owner) detailed the entire process start to finish before we accepted their proposal. On the day the work started, his crew showed up in a timely manner and proceeded with a very organized plan. By days end we had 19 piers installed. We are very happy with HD Foundation. They repaired our foundation in 3 days. They installed 37 piers. The lift went great. No plumbing leaks, no broken windows, we were expecting alot of damage but there was none. They even replaced the bushes they had to dig up. We will be using them again for our driveway replacement. I definitely recommend them. 🙂

I recommend HD! I had my foundation done a couple of days ago (2/22/21). However, I reached out to HD back in 2017. They came out and did an estimate in 2017 along with six other companies I called for an estimated/diagnosis. Well, it was confirmed I had foundation issues and all of the companies pretty much said the same thing about my foundation situation. However, the amount of piers needed varied by company. One said I needed as many as 13 when most others recommended between 7 and 10. Anyway, out of all of the companies, HD was the most reasonably priced. The person who came out was very detailed in explaining my foundation issue and what the service would look like that I would be getting. Me, being a person with no knowledge about foundation, I was able to fully understand the process and why there was need after being educated by the HD representative. Beyond that from day one I experienced very good customer service. From the nice lady who answered the phone, to the two people who came out to assess my home to the foreman doing the job, they were all professional and nice people. Their communication is great, they return calls fast and maintain good email communication. When they came back in Feb. 2021 to reassess the foundation (because I was then ready to move forward with the repair) I was given the same estimate as 3 years prior. This made me feel even more confident about going with HD because I felt the company is honest. They could have said I needed more piers to collect more money or they could have decided not to honor their old pricing since it had been a couple of years. We chose HD Foundation for their great reviews. We had cracks around the house. Ayden showed up on time and was very professional and inspected the house for elevation abnormalities. He found very little elevation difference and did not reccomend any foundation repair for the house. But provided practical ideas for the future, as well as coming back in a number of years to compare the readings. We highly recommend their services for anyone needing foundation inspections or repair, they are very honest and would not reccomend a repair unless it is completely necessary. Thank you.

We contacted HD foundations for an estimate for our foundation.( this would be our second) I was expecting a quick walk through and a hefty estimate. This is not what I received. I was greeted by the owner and after he evaluated our home, he explained to me repairs to our foundation were not needed at this time. He then educated us on things that could be done to prevent our home from deteriorating. There was work we would need to do to our property surrounding the home but thousands were not needed to be spent at this time. I was so impressed by the time and effort he took it was like our home was his own. We were impressed by this company and be calling them for any future foundation repairs.

HD Foundation is such a standup company! I called in asking about foundation repair questions and it turns out they don't service my area yet (I am in Austin, TX). Regardless, the woman who answered was still so kind to take the time to help answer my questions and educate me on the process and how to best protect myself as a home buyer. I had HD Foundation come out and give me an estimate for a drianage system, along with 2 other companies. I chose HD Foundation, and I am glad that I did. Very good communication and very good work ethics. Had a minor problem with the way a part of the drainage system worked and I told my wife that I would just have to live with it. She called the problem in and they were back out to the house a couple hours later to discuss fixing the problem. I noticed a change in my houses foundation so I call HD to have a professional check it out. Greg (the president) showed up for the appointment and went right to work. He examined the area of the foundation I was concerned about and told me that it was normal foundation movement due to wet and dry weather. He advised some water drainage changes to alleviate shifting but didn’t recommend doing any work to the foundation. I felt he was knowledgeable and honest.

After conducting his inspection, he was very straightforward and advised me that no foundation work was necessary. A structural engineer recommended HD to us and they did an amazing job of putting piers under our foundation. The cost was about what we expected and in line with what the other companies were charging. The men who did the work were on time and nice and they worked a very long day putting in 12 piers. We were happy with what they did.
